Gwinnett County's newest and largest city, Peachtree Corners was founded July 1, 2012 and is located along the shores of the Chattahoochee River in the southwest corner of the County. The City is home to more than 40,000 residents and over 2,300 businesses. By this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the City of Peachtree Corners (City) is seeking proposals from experienced bridge construction, maintenance or repair contractors (Proposer) to provide the services described in this document. The City desires to enter into a professional services contract with a qualified Proposer who can demonstrate competency and experience in providing these services. The City has a pedestrian bridge over Peachtree Parkway/State Route 141 constructed in 2019. The City's annual inspection team from United Consulting has provided maintenance recommendations included in the attached report. The project's scope will include performing those recommended maintenance activities upon execution of a service agreement. Subsequent years will result in additional annual maintenance activities and the intent of this RFQ is to enter into a 5-year agreement, with additional years possible upon mutual agreement of both parties, with the selected contractor for those activities to be provided based on negotiated fees each year Deadline for Receipt of Written Questions October 9, 2024 Questions Via Email: gramsey@peachtreecornersga.gov.
