The Henry County Water Authority provides water and wastewater service to about 65,000 residents and businesses in mostly unincorporated Henry County, Georgia. Henry County is a community of approximately 240,000 residents southeast of Atlanta. HCWA was created as an independent agency by the Georgia legislature in 1961. Any contractor wishing to submit a proposal and be considered for this solicitation shall be a Licensed Contractor with a minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in a similar scope and service of work.
