The intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish the specifications for a structured cabling system which will meet the voice, video, and data communications needs of Tarrant County. B. Tarrant County requests that prospective vendors provide pricing for labor and materials for a remodel of floors 1 through 4 located at the Tarrant Countys 350 W. Belknap Building, Fort Worth, TX 76196. The project is to include installation of new copper cables, multi-mode fiber cables, data racks, and ladder racks in data closets. There will be approximately 1,000 cable drops throughout the building RSVP: Vendors planning to attend the Pre-Bid Conference must RSVP via email to: BidQuestions-RSVP@tarrantcountytx.gov by 5:00 p.m., CST, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2024. In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing. Confirmed receipt by Tarrant County of this email is required. Questions from bidders will be addressed at the pre-bid conference. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid conference does so at his own risk.
