The Project consists of the new construction of a middle school totaling approximately 183,084 GSF in 5-stories. An early bid package (Bid Package No.1) was previously issued for demolition, early sitework, and retaining walls and did not include any trade work. An RFQ was previously issued for an early bid package (Bid Package No. 2) for work including foundations, superstructure, SOE, fireproofing, ground improvements, elevators, and early waterproofing, damp-proofing and caulking.
