The Successful Bidder shall complete annual maintenance on all boilers throughout Valley Water. All inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, to all boilers listed on the inventory sheet below, shall be performed by California Licensed Contractors with a C-4 classification. Firms shall have a minimum of seven (7) years providing similar boiler preventative maintenance services in the State of California, ideally for other municipal clients. The undersigned understands and agrees to be bound to the proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of proposal submittal. Proposers may not communicate with Valley Water Board Members, staff, or consultants who currently provide services for Valley Water. Valley Water anticipates awarding an agreement to a vendor for an initial One- year term with the option of four (4) one-year term extensions if Valley Water so elects. The Proposer will provide the services outlined in Section 3 Scope and Specifications, based on the Grand Total Bid Price of the Bid Form. Valley Water reserves the right to reject any Bids or to waive any irregularity or informalities in any Bid or in the bidding procedure, or to not award a contract after bid opening. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid for a period of 120 calendar days after the date of opening of the Bids. Each Bidder will be notified in writing of Valley Water's intent to award a Contract.
