The 2024 Asphalt Streets Project consists of full depth asphalt pavement repair and surface milling and overlay for various portions of existing asphalt roadways in the Town of Double Oak, TX. Streets included in this project are as follows: Kings Rd, Lake Trail Drive, Oakview Drive, Twin Lakes Drive, and Valley View Trail. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, site preparation, traffic control, paving operations, and added alternate drainage improvements. Paving operations scope of work includes full depth asphalt pavement repair for all streets, and areas of 2-inch mill and overlay for Kings Road. The project consists of approximately 1,073 LF of roadway, 1,870 SY of full depth of full depth repair, 866 LF concrete ribbon curb, and 798 SY of 2-inch milling with asphalt overlay.
