Reference Number 0000369144 The City of Yonkers School District (the "District") wishes to set up a contract for the option to purchase the following pool chemicals as needed: Sodium Hypochlorite - per 5 gallon carboy container Sodium Hypochlorite - per liquid bulk Muriatic Acid - per 1 gallon container Sodium Bicarbonate - per 50 pound bag Calcium Chloride - per 50 pound bag Unit costs must include any and all fees associated with these items (i.e. carboy deposit/credit). Unit casts must also include delivery to swim area, unpacking and removal/disposal of packing materials. The District cannot guarantee a minimum order. However, for the most part, orders consist of 10 carboys of 5 gallon chlorine, 80 gallons of bulk chlorine, 12 cases of acid, and 6 bags of sodium bicarbonate. Bidder shall provide the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of the item being bid. Additionally, all corresponding technical data and specification sheets shall be included in bid submission. Item is subject to review by the District. Final determination of product compliance will be made by the District. Contract Term: Contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months after award with the option to extend for one (1) additional twelve (12) month period at the same rates, terms, and conditions.
