Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a 180,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the construction of a educational facility.

Location 221 E. Wilshire Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114 New 180,000 sqft high school with interior finish out and associated sitework. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount if the bid is over $50,000.00 (material vendors not required). The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. All contract work must be fully complete within 10 days of Notice to Proceed. Bid date notes: Bids submitted after the above times shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form. A. The intent of this bid request is to obtain offers to perform the work to furnish and install all work for the OKCPS BIEHS Civil Bid Package. B. Work of these contracts is to include the following all work as specified in bid packages. C. This work is to be a Stipulated Sum Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. The completion date in the Agreement shall be the Contract Time from Notice to Proceed. Work to complete in accordance with schedule provided. Schedule is subject to change by the construction manager. Direct question in writing to Scott Berger via e-mail at: scottb@timberlakeconstruction.com Addenda may be issued during the bidding period. All Addenda become part of the Contract Documents. Include the resultant cost in the bid amount. Verbal answers are not binding on any party and shall not be requested. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients. Recipients will be known via a bidder's list of groups or individual that have the bid documents. It will be the responsibility of the Construction Manager to verify that all subcontractors have received any and all Addenda and that the Subcontractor's bid reflects the pricing of the Addenda. Where the Bid Documents stipulate a particular product, substitutions will be considered up to 5 days before receipt of bids. All substitutions requests must be directed through Timberlake Construction. Substitution requests should be made through the Construction Manager in written form. Any substitution requests not made through the Construction manager will be rejected. In submission of substitutions to products specified, bidders shall include in their bid all changes required in the Work and changes to Contract Time and Contract sum to accommodate such substitution. A later claim by the bidder for an addition to the Contract Time of Contract Sum because of changes in work necessitated by use of substitution shall not be considered. Provide products as specified unless substitutions are submitted in the manner and accepted. Examine the project site before submitting a bid. The site is located at 221 E. Wilshire Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Contact Scott Berger via phone at 405-840-2521 to set up site inspections. A later claim by the bidder for an addition to the Contract Time or Contact Sum because of the existing conditions shall not be considered. Providing a bid for any Work, by any Subcontractor, is an acknowledgement that the existing conditions have been observed and that said bid price reflects any and all existing conditions, unless specifically called out other side, in writing, on the Bid Form. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their bids in the manner and time prescribed. Submit one copy of the executed offer on the Bid Forms provided, signed and sealed with the required security in a closed opaque envelope, clearly identified with bidders' name, project name and Owners' name on the outside. Improperly completed information or irregularities in security deposit, may be cause not to open the Bid Form envelope and declare the bid invalid or informal. Bids that are unsigned, improperly signed or sealed, conditional, illegible, obscure, contain arithmetical errors, erasure, alternation, or irregularities of any kind, may at the discretion of the Owner, be declared unacceptable. Bid Forms, Appendices, and enclosures which are improperly prepared may, at the discretion of the Owner, be declared unacceptable. Subcontractors shall include a Performance Bond, Material and Labor Payment Bonds, statutory and maintenance bond in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds shall be furnished by the successful bidder on contracts in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). No bond is required for material vendors. Provide an executed "Undertaking of Insurance" on a standard form provided by the insurance company stating their intention to provide insurance to the bidder in accordance with the insurance requirements of the Contract Documents. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. Estimated Project Value: $80,000,000
