Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex - Child Minding Play Space and Multi-Purpose Room Renovation, located at 16555 Fraser Highway, Surrey, British Columbia (the "Place of Work") in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the Work include: Renovation of the existing 2nd floor space All interior finishes, equipment, and services Construction of a new enclosed exterior play area Fence, doors, gates and access panels, including all piers and foundations. New exterior deck finishes on pedestals Enlargement of the window opening and exterior associated work Electrical, mechanical and fire protection work All commissioning, start-up and training for the new facility.
