The general components of the Work include: Renovation of the existing 2nd floor space All interior finishes, equipment, and services Construction of a new enclosed exterior play area Fence, doors, gates and access panels, including all piers and foundations. New exterior deck finishes on pedestals Enlargement of the window opening and exterior associated work Electrical, mechanical and fire protection work All commissioning, start-up and training for the new facility.
