Esther Simplot Changing Stalls Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The City of Boise is soliciting response for a Design Build Proposal from interested public works licensed contractors, joint ventures, or other applicable Design-Build qualified contractors describing their relevant experience, technical competence, and project approach to the design and construction of changing stalls for the Esther Simplot Park restroom, 3206 W Pleasanton Ave, Boise, ID 83702. The project goals are to provide new changing stalls at the Esther Simplot restroom that will encourage appropriate use and easier maintenance of the amenity. These new changing stalls will replace the existing changing stalls located at the restroom. This proposal is to address the follow area: o The Esther Simplot restroom This Project includes the preparation of design development plans, construction documents, permitting and construction of proposed design. To date, a preliminary site evaluation for the park has been completed. The City's goal is to advance the preferred design to full construction documents and provide a fully functioning changing stall area at the existing restroom. The Project goals are to: o Develop a complete fully functional changing area. o Develop a project work plan identifying critical path and key deliverables. o Participate in meetings as noted below. The expected guaranteed maximum price of the contract is $65,000.
