Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor for the Remodeling Project of the 1200 Building into an e911 Center. The County is using a Construction Manager at Risk for this Project. The Project intent is a remodel of the upper floor office spaces and supporting equipment into a modern Communications Center and Emergency Communications office space. It is the County's intention to leave the basement and exterior building envelope unchanged.
