BUILDINGS COVERED BY THE WORKS LISTED IN THIS QUOTE The buildings covered by this estimate are those located at: 170, rue Principale (Municipal building) 168, rue Principale (Municipal garage | Toilet) 456, rue Principale (Community Hall of the Accueil) 514, rue Mgr-Bouchard (Parc Jean-Maurice-Martel | Sanitary block) 2.3. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT This contract is established for a period of 36 months, beginning on November 1, 2024 and ending on October 31, 2027, with the option of a one-year renewal, to be confirmed by resolution of the renewal of its contract on or before July 1, 2027. From the moment the Municipality informs the contractor of the renewal of its contract for an additional year, the latter will have until August 1, 2027 to consent in writing. If after August 1, 2027 the contractor has not informed the Municipality of its intention to renew said contract, it will be automatically renewed for an additional year. The price for the year 2027-2028 will be set with an increase based on the price of the first year plus an increase corresponding to the Quebec consumer price index (CPI) as of June 15, 2027.
