The work to be done under this contract includes the furnishing of all technical personnel, labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the work included in the project entitled "Project No. 32184, Monroe Street (600-700 blocks)" in accordance with the plans and specifications on file with the Department of Public Works. The proposed work for this project will include the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment to reconstruct the 600 block and the northern portion of the 700 block of Monroe Street, inclusive of a new traffic signal at the Monroe-Dunklin intersection and rock slope stabilization. The bidder agrees to attempt to expend at least two and twelve hundredths percent (2.12)% of the contract, if awarded, for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
