Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a 2,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City Hall Annex Abatement The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Asbestos abatement (~2500 sf), lead based paint (LBP) activities (~35 windows), and removal/disposal of universal wastes at the City Hall Annex. Abatement to be done one floor at a time (1st, 3rd, and 4th floors), coordinated with the interior demolition contractor. The check should be made out to the City of Chattanooga and mailed to the City of Chattanooga Purchasing Department, 101 East 11th Street, Suite G13, Chattanooga, TN37402. Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
