Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Philomath, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of new metal bleachers around the arena. Replaces the bleachers destroyed in the 2022 fire. Double seating capacity from 2,250 to 4,157. Add 5-times the number of ADA seats from 6 to 33. Improve comfort for all seating types. Add premium stadium and box seating options. Installation of energy efficient LED arena lighting. Replaces high-watt halogen flood lights. Installation of chutes, gates and fence panels. This project is included in the city's 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 2025, construction is nearing completion and slated for a July 2025 finish. Timeline: August 2024- Demolish existing stands September 2024- Manufacture parts April 2025- Begin assembly/construction June 2025- Install lighting July 2025- complete
