Questions concerning the Project, or requests for clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents, shall be submitted to Hugo Garcia at DC Architects at hgarcia@dcarchitects.net Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond in favor of the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond (Labor and Materials) each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price on the forms included in the Contract Documents. Each Contract reflected in the Bid Form shall be a separate Bid. The District's Governing Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any Bid received.
