Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pierrefonds, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Harfang-des-Neinges elementary school building. The scope of work includes replacement of masonry, exterior steps/stairs and doors, renovation of sanitary blocks and individual washrooms, replacement of interior finishes (floors and walls), renovation of the schoolyard, addition of a retention basin. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in late summer/fall 2026. Note. The project is included in the owner's 2025-2028 construction program. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling construction start is not anticipated before late 2026.
