This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON), Blue Works located at 335 Dickson Road, Houma, LA 70363. The contract shall be effective for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months. For all projects in the amount of $50,000 or more, bids shall be accepted from Bidders who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: Specialty: Elevators, Dumbwaiters.
