SCOPE OF WORK/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The HAS is seeking quotes from qualified and licensed entities to provide the Contractor with the following detailed services: A. Service Requirements. The successful Contractor(s) shall provide the following services, according to the work schedule outlined in the specifications below: o Contractor will provide HAS cleaning services for the Administrative Campus building. o Contractor will be provided an activity report checklist (See Attachment E) as part of contract and will sign in and out of the building when starting and completing services. o Contractor agrees to provide supplies, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to produce cleaned surfaces as described in this document and pointed out during the site-visit. B. Scope of Work for Cleaning Services. The Contractor shall perform such services as required by HAS to complete the work as defined herein and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform and complete, in an acceptable manner, the tasks contemplated or otherwise required herein. Services shall be consistent with the Contractor's proposal, and the terms of this contract. The Contractor shall provide the listed services Monday through Friday no earlier than 5:00 pm daily at HAS's Administrative Campus located at 1407 Wheaton Street Savannah, GA 31404. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Contractor shall provide the following standard services daily: o Sweep and clean entryways, porches, exterior stairs, and patios including ensuing all door mats are free of debris; o Clean the interior and exterior of all glass doors, ensuring the doors are free of smudges and handprints; handles must be cleaned and sanitized; o Remove all removable stains and scuff marks from the walls in all hallways and all rooms by wiping them down with a soft soapy sponge to prevent damage to the painted surface; o Clean all windows, window seals and blinds; o Empty and replace the trash bag in the shedder bin (as needed); o Clean all air conditioning/heater vents and return air vents; C. Offices, Front Lobby and Meeting Rooms. o Sweep, dust mop and/or wet mop all hard surface floors; o Vacuum all carpeted areas; o Spot clean all stained areas of carpeted floors; o o o o o o o o Clean all carpeted fabric wall surfaces or office modular partitions; and upon request, individual office chairs; Wipe down all leather chairs in the lobby area; Wipe down all hardback chairs in the multipurpose room; Wipe down all handrails leading up to the 2nd floor; Wipe down all leather seats in the conference/board room (as needed); Empty all trash cans and replace receptacle liners. Can liners must be tied tightly around waste baskets. All bagged trash shall be placed in the designated outside dumpster; Dust or clean the exterior surface of all office and lobby furniture; cabinets; bookcases; sashes; ledges; partitions; light fixtures; vents; pictures/frames; railings; chalk or marker boards; Dust and clean office equipment including telephones; wastepaper baskets; kick plates; drinking fountains and all other items or surfaces in need of attention to maintain a clean and professional look and condition. D. Employee and Guest Restrooms. o o o o o o Napkin dispensers must be cleaned and refilled to a functional capacity for daily use; Refill all empty tissue rolls Empty toilet seat cover dispensers must be refilled; Waste receptacles must be cleaned, waste removed, and liner replaced; Soap dispensers must be cleaned and sanitized; replace soap cartridges (any soap on the wall must be wiped clean with a soft wet sponge); Urinal blocks, and canned air fresheners must be replaced; Proper cleaning of the restrooms includes ensuring the following standard functions are performed: o o Sweeping and mopping floors; Cleaning mirrors; cabinet faces; countertop surfaces; o Cleaning and sanitizing sinks including faucet and faucet handles; light fixture covers; o Cleaning and sanitizing toilet seats, toilet bases and handles (interior of all commodes must be scrubbed and cleaned daily to prevent water-ring stain build-up); o Cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior areas of each urinal, including handles and wall connections; o All other items or surfaces in need of attention to maintain a clean and professional look and condition; E. Employee Breakroom. Proper cleaning of the kitchenette includes ensuring the following standard functions are performed: o Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenette fixtures; o Cleaning and sanitizing any coffee-making equipment, including pots and filter containers; o Cleaning and sanitizing the dishwasher interior and exterior; o Cleaning and sanitizing the faucet and faucet handles; sink basin and countertop; o Cleaning and sanitizing the exterior of the refrigerator, including the doors and handles; o Cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior of the microwave, including the function buttons, turntable plate and handles; o Cleaning and sanitizing table surface, including the legs; o Cleaning and sanitizing chair surfaces, including the legs; o Removing all trash, including boxes staged as trash; o Refilling napkin holder; o Sweeping and mopping floors; Question Deadline 09/21/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted through the eProcurement system
