Bradley County is hereby soliciting written sealed bids for dirt work and grading services at the Bradley County Fire Hall located at 365 Minnis Road NE, Cleveland, Tennessee 37323. Dirt Work and Grading - Minnis Fire Hall Bradley County is soliciting written sealed bids from qualified firms for dirt work and grading services at the Bradley County Fire Hall located at 365 Minnis Road NE, Cleveland, Tennessee 37323. The project consists of removing approximately 9,228 cubic yards of dirt with tapering to a 3% slope. The successful proposer must indemnify and hold the County harmless throughout the contract. The successful proposer must also provide worker's compensation and liability insurance during the term of the contract. No questions or request for additional information will be accepted after 4:30 p.m., September 23, 2024. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal, to reject any or all proposals with or without cause, and/or accept the proposal, that in its judgment, will be in the best interest of Bradley County.
