This project is an interior renovation at the CLT Center located at 5601 Wilkinson Blvd. There are three main components, first is the demolition of an existing conference room and the creation of a new 520 sf conference room in the current warehouse space. This demolished conference room will be repurposed into a new CLT Tech Help suite that will be 1050SF. Second component includes vacating the existing Tech Help space(500sf) to make way for a new office and video editing suite. Final section of work will convert the existing CLT Center archive area to a newly renovated employee space. New HVAC, mechanical, electrical, life safety sprinklers and IT infrastructure will be extended from the current services at the CLT Center. All work will be completed outside of the Airport SIDA area without impacts to the terminal. Owner(CLT) will procure all furniture directly from vendor who will be responsible for furniture fabrication and installation.
