As & When Electrical Inspections & Maintenance, Iqaluit, Nunavut Work under this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to the scheduled Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspections, As and When required Electrical maintenance, adjustments, repairs, refurbishment or replacement; such as o Replacement or adjustment of light bulbs/ lamps/tubes , ballasts o Installation and connecting of Motors, generators, appliances o Installation and erection of control wiring and devices for electronic systems and equipment o Repairs/replacements to switches/relays o Cutting, threading, bending and installation of conduit by hand or machine o Installation of raceways, outlets o Any miscellaneous units which comprise of breaker panels, relays, starters, zone valves, thermostats, transformers, switch relays o Undertake electrical repairs, maintenance or installation to oil fire furnaces, boilers and hot water tanks and their associated controls and equipment; o Undertake plumbing and steam fitting work, except work associated with maintenance of heating units to which this Contract applies. The deadline for completion of all work under this contract is on or before: March 31, 2027 No site visit will be organized or permitted within 3 days before the Bid submission deadline. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 Questions regarding modifications to the Contract terms and conditions shall be in writing and submitted at least 5 working days prior to the Bid submission deadline, and the GN may respond by way of addendum. Subject to any provision governing amendments to the Contract, modifications to the Contract terms and conditions will not be entertained post award. The GN reserves the right to make any change amendment or clarification to this RFT at any time prior to the closing date and time, including amending the specifications and the closing date and time.
