Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Hodgen, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
New waste water treatment plant. Existing influent grinder and lift station are in poor condition and need to be replaced. Influent flows to the grinder and lift station have increased over the previous years. The 4' force main that goes to the lagoon has been exposed in the adjacent creek due to flooding. Lagoons are believed to have considerable sludge building and many need to be cleaned out. Lagoons 3 and 4 are leaking at the eastern dikes. WWTP flows are exceeding the current discharge permit flow limits. In the future the facility will not be able to renew their discharge permit with lagoons as treatment. The project is included in the State 2023-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 23, 2025, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
