Renovation of a library in Dearborn, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a 12,645-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
**As of November 4, 2024, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Bids are being solicited for replacing the roof of the Esper Public Library. Provide Soffit Repair, Coping Joint Repair and Roof Replacement Services. Removal of existing EPDM roof membranes, polyiso insulation, metal copings and related flashings. Installation of new tapered polyisocyanate insulation to meet current energy code and installation of a new Fully Adhered 90 mil EPDM roofing system. Provide bid to remove existing soffits, build new soffit framing, create air barrier and install new soffit (as an option oversee Subcontract administration for the City. Provide bid to remove existing sanstone coping joints and install new high grade sealant. See attached specifications and roof plan. Reference Number 0000363083 The City of Dearborn invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the purpose of replacing the roof on the Esper Library.
