Questions Due Date: Sep 24th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Online Portal Construction Supplies and Lumber for the FY25 1. Middlesex College is seeking quotations for Carpentry Supplies & Lumber meeting or exceeding the specifications of the items presented, for the Facilities Department. Refer to Middlesex College Quote #10915 in all correspondence and inquiries. 2. No order may be processed without an approved blanket or purchase order. Unauthorized purchases without an approved blanket or purchase order will not be paid. 3. The College reserves the right to cancel backordered items or order not processed in a timely manner and obtain the items from another supplier. 4. Bidders are required to lock corresponding prices for online website catalogs on the date of issuance of a purchase order and may not charge an increased price as of the shipping date. 5. All supplies and equipment provided must meet the specifications, and MSDS must be provided for all required items if applicable. 6. It is the Bidder's responsibility to respond to all order and / or shipping concerns within 72-hours. 7. The awarded bidder(s) must provide a contact person, email address, and telephone number to expedite the processing of purchase orders and inquiries. 8. Order substitutions will not be allowed unless prior authorization is received in writing from the College's authorized representative (Director of Purchasing / Department Chairperson). 9. Bidders are required to submit all pricing through Bonfire Submission by the deadline specified above. If items are substituted please submit item specifications with your quote. 10. The contract term will be the award date to June 30, 2025 with an optional one-year renewal from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
