Site work for a road / highway in Parkland, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Parkland County is seeking proposals for the Supply, Install, and Testing (Commissioning) of an Emergency Vehicle Traffic Pre-Emption Equipment at 5 intersections located within Parkland County. The successful proponent will be required to complete investigative site visits. Once the visits are completed, a project plan shall be developed which will includes system designs, equipment specifications, completion timeline and documented compliance with TEC requirements. The site investigation findings, project plan and system designs will need to be submitted for approval by Alberta TEC. Once approved by TEC, the successful proponent will complete the procurement, installation and testing of the systems. All intersections are currently equipped with traffic signals and will require the system to be integrated with existing Opticom equipment. The deliverables are to be completed at the following 5 intersections: 1) Highway 60 and 92 Avenue 2) Highway 60 and 96 Avenue 3) Highway 60 and Highway 628 (Acheson, Alberta) 4) Highway 60 and Range Road 274 5) Highway 16 and Highway 779 Documents can be obtained from https://parklandcounty.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/84345
