The Project consists of the construction of renovations of approximately 7,200 SF within the interior of an existing building . F. The Project consist ofthe renovation of a former office building in order to create a dispatch call center and support spaces.. 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Sitework: 1) Rough and finish grading, concrete pads, ground cover and site restoration. b. Building Structure: 1) Interior Concrete footings, concrete foundation walls, concrete slabs on grade, masonry bearing walls, cast in place concrete ceilings, exterior masonry enclosure wall systems, and miscellaneous metal items including railings. c. Building Enclosure: 1) Exterior wall systems of face brick, cavity wall insulation, stucco, EIFS, metal panels, prepainted metal siding. 2) Aluminum windows, curtainwall, storefront entrance systems and glazing. Galvanized hollow metal doors and frames. Aluminum louvers, translucent wall panels. Translucent and acrylic skylights. 3) Roofing systems of ballasted single ply, fully adhered single ply, 3 or 4 ply built-up, SBS modified built-up, pre-finished metal coping, pre-finished metal roofing. d. Interior Finishes: 1) Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block and burnished concrete block partitions, glazed block partitions. 2) Floor finishes of carpet, VCT, resilient sheet goods, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, quarry tile, epoxy terrazzo, sand cushion terrazzo, structural terrazzo, epoxy painted and sealed concrete, wood. 3) Wall finishes of paint, vinyl wallcovering, wall fabric over tackable panels, brick, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, plaster. 4) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, glued up acoustical tile, gypsum board, gypsum board soffits, plaster. 5) Plastic laminate casework, architectural woodwork, wood science casework, HM doors and frames, wood doors, access panels, hardware, glazing, acoustic treatment, lockers, food service equipment, stage equipment, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, markerboards, tackboards, display cases, signage, gymnasium equipment, loading dock equipment, elevator, detention equipment, miscellaneous specialties. e. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. 2) Heating including piping, piping insulation, and tie into existing boilers/furnaces. 3) Ventilation to include but not limited to; air handlers, fan coils, ductwork, duct insulation, chilled water piping, condensers, 4) Temperature control system. f. Electrical Systems: 1) Electrical service, switchgear, distribution panels, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior lighting 3) Low voltage. 4) Tie in to an existing fire alarm and building automation system. G. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
