Renovation of a mixed-use development in Angola, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Various work at the High School, Transportation Center, and Highland Elementary School As of November 11, 2024, this project is under construction. The construction manager has been identified. Construction is expected to finish summer 2025. Project Locations. Lake Shore High School 959 Beach Road Angola, NY 14006 Highland Elementary School 6745 Erie Road Derby, NY 14047 Transportation Center 8710 North Main Street Angola, NY 14006 A Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days following the opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids, and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% on site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead- Le. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, etc.)
