South Callaway County School District - Fema Addition The project consists of construction of a New FEMA 361 Safe Room at the School Campus, which will comply with FEMA 361 requirements for a high wind event safe room. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective site demolition, site work, new construction of precast concrete walls and double tee roof panels, structural steel framing, concrete, TPO roof systems, FEMA 361 rated windows and doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finish work.
