Spring Creek ES HVAC Renovation office located at 9240 Marketplace Road, Suite 1, Fort Myers, Florida 33912 Sealed bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for renovation of chilled water systems. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Demolition, HVAC, Electrical, and Miscellaneous Construction due to work and demo. Bond may be required per trade and subcontractors. Any, and all requests for information (RFI) are to be submitted clearly in writing via fax (239)768- 1271 or e-mail correspondence tommy@gpconstruction.com. The deadline for RFI's is 2:00PM EST on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Instructions to bidders: If there are any questions or concerns, please ask by calling or emailing Tommy Huether at tommy@gpconstruction.com, Gulfpoint Construction Company, Inc. (239) 768- 1800 or faxing your request to (239) 768-1271. Bidders must include proof of proper license and insurance. Insurance requirements are listed below. If these items are not included the bid will be considered non-compliant. Please e-mail tommy@gpconstruction.com to request a sample insurance certificate for limits.
