The City of Austin (City) seeks to establish a contract with a Contractor(s) to provide Ecology Blocks that will be used to support stabilization of eroding parkland infrastructure, minor and major drainage renovations, retaining walls, and as material dividers at various City facilities. The City reserves the right to add or remove City departments, locations, services, or adjust frequency as deemed necessary throughout the contract term. Any items or services that have been omitted from this specification that are clearly necessary or in conformance of services/goods shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified or called for in the specification. This Contract shall remain in effect for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months or the City terminates the Contract. This Contract may be extended automatically beyond the initial term for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the City's sole option. Should the City not elect to exercise an extension option, the City will notify the Contractor at least sixty (60) calendar days in advance of the Contract expiration date.
