Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in East Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
SCOPE INCLUDES: The Work includes alterations for the addition of Air Conditioning Systems at six Elementary School buildings, including Architectural, Site, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing system alterations and the construction of a free-standing utility building at each site, plus electrical service upgrades at East High School. The project includes all pertinent demolition, cutting, patching, equipment, labor and materials necessary for complete and functional installations, in accordance with the Bidding and Construction Documents. WAGE = Prevailing Wages are required TAX = Tax Exempt SCHEDULE = Multi Phase Project to be Complete October 2027 RFI CUT-OFF DATE = 9/26/24 @ 4:00pm
