Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Garner, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a primary / secondary education facility.
The project consists of the following major items for the existing track improvements: 1. Demolition/removal of six (6) existing tennis courts with net posts, fencing, and gates. 2. Demolition/removal of existing sidewalk and stairs. 3. Earth grading and site improvements around tennis court area. 4. Installation of six (6) new tennis courts in the previous location with net posts, fencing, gates, and windscreen. 5. Installation of fencing, concrete walks, asphalt paving and Bermuda sod. 6. Installation of 9 retaining seat walls, cheek walls, and stairs. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
