Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving to serve a single-family subdivision. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of two percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. The deadline to ask questions is 9/30/2024 2:00 PM CST Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
