Reference Number 0000363260 Parking Lot and Play Pad Snow Removal Starting Date: October 1, 2024 Completion Date: End of Snow Season, Spring 2025 A bid bond, issued by lawfully authorized agent, in the amount of ten percent (10%) for all work in excess of $50,000.00 of the base bid Contract amount shall accompany each bid, unless noted otherwise below. Before entering upon the performance of any such work included in said Contract, the Contractor shall, at his own expense, provide a performance bond, issued by a surety company licensed in the State of Colorado and listed on the U.S. Treasury bond list, in an amount no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price, for all work in excess of $50,000.00 which shall assure due compensation for all parties who may become entitled to liens under said Contract in accordance with the applicable provisions of Colorado State Law.
