The City of Murfreesboro is accepting sealed bids for Old Fort Park Ballfield and Parking Renovations. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the followinng: Site work and paving for a 59,820-square foot sidewalk / parking lot. As of December 3, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has ot yet beenn released. The work shall consist of furnishing all materials, supplies, incidentals and equipment; performing all labor and services incidental to, or necessary for, the complete construction of the project in accordance with the plans and specifications; and the maintenance of each completed portion of work until final acceptance of the entire project by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bids have been opened.
