The Trigg County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for the construction of a new Concession Stand and Restroom Facility, at the Trigg County Convention Center, 303 Complex Rd, Cadiz, KY 42211. The project includes a new 1,283 sq. ft. slab on grade concrete block building with a 378 sq ft front porch. The building will house new restrooms and a concession stand. In addition, sidewalks and an ADA parking spot will be constructed. The existing building will be demolished and a new DGA building pad will be constructed on the exact location by the Fiscal Court. BIDDER may not withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or reject any or all bids.
