Site work for a civil project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of improvements to the existing pump station and its forcemain, including temporary erosion control measures, traffic control as necessary, installing, testing, and commissioning two surge tanks at the pump station, furnishing and installing at the pump station valves, piping, instrumentation, and appurtenances, demolition and replacement at the pump station of the existing valve vault top section and hatch, furnishing and installing at two remote locations along the forcemain air release and/or vacuum relief valves, one location to install a concrete vault with a connection to the existing forcemain, startup, testing, commissioning, and other items as shown in the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The engineer's estimate is $1,200,000 All requests for clarification or interpretation of the Contract Provisions including the plans, drawings, specifications, bidder criteria, or other items must be submitted via the District's procurement portal by 10:00 AM on October 8, 2024.
