** As of 11/12/2024 project has been awarded to Legend Lifts, LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Project includes Conditions Assessment Report of the four original elevators in the Tulsa County Courthouse to move the occupants of the building from floor-to-floor in a reasonable amount of time. Once the Assessment Report is completed, the awarded Contractor will be responsible for implementing all repairs/improvements as approved by the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County. The current Tulsa County Courthouse building, located at 500 South Denver Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74103, was constructed from 1953 to 1955. The approximately 276,000 SF building is a north facing, nine-story concrete and steel structure. The building is in the center of downtown Tulsa. The building houses the County District Court of the 14th Judicial District. Annexes immediately adjacent to the Tulsa County Courthouse are anticipated to be excluded from the Scope of Work. The building is currently experiencing age related deterioration to several components including the elevators.
