Conroe Independent School District is accepting bid responses for the following services: Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Job Order Contract Program in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. Note the requirements represented by Bid Attributes and Bid Attachments. Conroe ISD will be consolidating multiple current Maintenance, Repair, and Operations bids into one awarded bid. There are currently 8 bids for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Job Order Contracting Program. The Job Order Contract is open to all trades that Gordian has in their catalog for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations. Trades include but are not limited to General Contracting, Concrete, Electrical, Flooring, Food Service Equipment, Masonry, Paving, Plumbing, Roofing, Technology Services - Security Data & Communications, Building Automation Systems, Generator Service and Replacement, Water Well and Wastewater Services and Replacement, HVAC / Mechanical Services, Landscape, Mowing, Grounds, Debris Removal, and Glass and Glazing. Vendors awarded under the existing contracts listed below are encouraged to submit a proposal for this bid. Vendors if awarded will move from there current awarded bid to this award. If a vendor that is currently awarded chooses not to respond to the new bid your contract will end with the allowable terms of your original award. Proposers are not required but strongly encouraged to attend one of the pre-proposal meetings.
