Renovation of a fire / police facility in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: - Supply and Installation of Packaged Indoor Cooling Tower for Guelph Police Station Headquarters. - The Successful Proponent will be responsible for design, supply and installation of all components related to the cooling tower and redundant pump including but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical and control system works as described under 24-133 Terms of References. The vendor shall also act as the Constructor for the construction works as defined by the Construction Safety Act. The new cooling tower and ancillary systems shall be installed prior to April 1st, 2025, and tested and commissioned in time for the 2025 cooling season, or before May 1st 2025.
