Project Management Post Award Contractor shall provide a detailed schedule for project completion. Contractor will be held to the provided schedule and completion date as determined in the pre-construction meeting. Contractor must provide to Metro a schedule indicating the project duration and associated activities for the performance of this scope of work. Section 4.46.060. In no way shall subcontractors' work or dollar amount be construed to count toward the established goal more than once. Only expenditures to M/WBE subcontractors that perform a commercially useful function in the work of the project or contract may be counted.
