SUMMARY OF WORK A. Work description covered by contract documents: Installation of new smoke evacuation system multiple buildings. Installation of new generator to provide power for smoke evacuation systems. Installation of new doors and hardware. Installation of replacement generator for building emergency lighting and security systems. Installation of new security and surveillance camera system. B. Work by contractor - 1. Products: a. Order in advance upon review and approval of shop drawings; any long lead items upon award of contract. b. No other owner furnished items or equipment. 2. Work restrictions: a. Coordinate site access, security procedures, work hours, and use of premises with owner. Building is SMOKE-FREE. b. Normal business working hours 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Contractor shall notify owner minimum two (2) days in advance if additional hours or weekend work time is needed and/or is required to complete work items, for example new electrical switchgear. c. Contractor shall make provisions with Owner for after hours and weekend work inside building Question Deadline 10/17/2024
