Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS, has a requirement titled "Roof Warehouse & Mental Health Modular for project number 586-26-102. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB). The tentative date for issuing the RFP is on or around November 18, 2024, with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days later on or around December 18, 2024. A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract award is anticipated. Location of work is at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center 1500 East Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, MS 39216-5116. Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW and specifications to replace roof systems on a warehouse and a mental health building. The period of performance will be 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, will be available electronically posted with the RFP on this website. Hard copies will not be mailed. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP).
