The purpose of this Bid is to contract with a qualified Firm/Contractor for the replacement of the gym roof at Casa Grande Middle School. This project's scope of work involves, but is not limited to, the following: A. Demolition of existing built-up roofing system on the upper roof deck to the existing wood roof deck. Install new built-up roof system per drawings and specifications. B. Inspect and repair the existing TPO roof system on the lower roof decks per the drawings and specifications. C. Clean and prep the existing built-up roofing and install a new TPO roof over the existing roofing at the lower south roof deck. D. Install new ground to roof ladder to the lower roof deck per the drawings and specifications. E. Tuck point mortar at the top course of the upper roof parapet wall and install new treated wood nailer and metal coping cap. F. Remove and replace the existing asphalt shingles, and wood fascia at the SSKI / FRC Building, per the drawings and specifications. G.
