Each bid shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each bidder shall require a Certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served.
