It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. In determining the Bidder's responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the items listed below. Required Information/Criteria For the purposes of the Supplemental Bidder Responsibility evaluation process, the scope of this project generally involves Construct new 1,677sf addition to the existing Ketron Cottage. Construction material to be primarily CMU block and steel roof framing. New spaces to include a Seclusion Suite with restroom, new conference room and two new staff offices. Project will also expand the existing Day Room and renovate the existing staff break room, nurse station and medications room.
