Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk District 20 This work includes replacing defective sidewalk, curb and gutter, and sidewalk ramps, including truncated domes (supplied by the contractor), and associated work The Contractor shall begin work for this project on or before April 14, 2025. Work shall begin only after the start work letter is received. If it is desirable to begin work before the above-mentioned date, the Contractor shall establish a mutually acceptable date with the City Engineer. The Contractor shall limit workdays to 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. No work shall be allowed on Sundays and holidays unless approved by the Engineer. All work shall be completed on or before SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 Engineers Estimate $2,405,000 Questions regarding SBE Program requirements may be directed to Tracy Lomax, Affirmative Action Division.
