Demolition and site work for a military facility in Jericho, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to demolish the building completely including the foundations, leave the excavation open and surrounded by snow fence in preparation for a follow-on construction project. The project scope includes specific salvage, utility work and owner performed work as indicated on the drawings by SAS dated September 2024. The project will be at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont. The project will be at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont. Question Deadline 09/19/2024 at 4:00 PM ET, Directions: Enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range Main Gate off Ethan Allen Road. Once thru Security, proceed on Ethan Allen Road for approximately 1/2 mile to the Red House parking lot on the left. Watch for Pre bid signs.
