Site work for a water / sewer project in Camden, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids must include the following scope ofwork: o Protection of all workareas, including walls, floors,and equipment. o Saw cutting of Concreteover the main sewer line. o Remove plumbing fixturesas needed. o Excavation by hand of debris and soils. o Replace with new 4" PVCscheduled 40 solid wallsewer pipes. o Bed sewer line correctly on grade from dispatch bathroom to where sewer leaves the building. o Ensure reconnection of all clean outs and fittings under lab drops. o Backfill with existing soils and add additional soil where needed. o Ensure soil is packed, and a Vapor barrier is installed. o Dowl rebar to the existing slab. o Replace the cement flushwith the existing slab o Job site Cleanup. o Reinstall existing plumbingfixtures. o Replacement of floor covering. o Work must be scheduled during the least disrupted time of the day The City of Camden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or discrepancies in bidding, and to select, in whole or in part, any bid that is judged to be in the best interest of the City of Camden.
